The Behive Table Lamp was designed by Werner Aisslinger for the Italian design lighting manufacturer Foscarini. With this table lamp light becomes a design object, the shade of the Behive Table Lamp is reminiscent of a real beehive, whose shape is made up of overlapping rings of differing diameter. The narrow grooves of the lamp let light shine through to create interesting lighting of varying intensity.
