Flos Ktribe F3 Floor Aluminized Bronze

One of many lamps designed by Philippe Starck for FLOS, the K Tribe range is very simple in design but also very effective in its appearance. The polished aluminium stem and base support the head which comprises an inner white�opal�polycarbonate diffuser that hides the lamp source�over which sits an outer PMMA diffuser.� This is the clever bit as, when the lamp is off it cannot be seen through but when on, it has a translucent appearance and the light comes through, highlighting the shape of the inner diffuser.

The power flex includes a dimmer to allow different light levels to be set.
